This holiday season is unlike any other. Holiday parties, concerts, and events have been put on hold, precautionary measures impinge upon a sense of celebration, and a sense of normalcy has been derailed. As the days get darker, and the nights longer, it is challenging—or impossible—to come together and seek refuge with family and friends. Rather than feeling collective ease and joy around festivities, there’s anxiety and fear, longing and lack.

We need connection more than ever.

Yet, connection feels elusive and out of reach.

I’ve spent months in dogged pursuit of a nourishing online space for brilliant live music, rich community, and nourishing inspiration. And now, I’ve created The Connection Sessions: to support you in beginning 2021 with a deep sense of connection to yourself, and to others, and to your own personal YES.

Music, community, and inspiration are all incredible catalysts for connection. They connect us to joy, optimism, and hope, and to tougher emotions, too: sadness, pain, and grief. They open us to the awareness that excitement and disappointment, success and challenge, can exist simultaneously. They show us that seemingly opposing elements—like dissonance and harmony in music, and giving and receiving in community—can dance with grace and enhance our lives.

If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that we must learn how to be resilient and resourceful amidst unprecedented uncertainty. How to find strength and softness amidst chaos. How to hold dual forces at once.

Connection teaches us to balance polarities, and Be With What Is.

Connection allows us to thrive during these challenging times.

In my upcoming three-month program, The Connection Sessions, I’ve created a container for deep connection, beautiful music, and inspiration through words and sounds. Each month, you’ll receive exclusive access to a new live video concert performed by me, original writings and audio files for reflection and integration, an opportunity to share with a virtual community, and an invitation to step into aligned action.
